WHAT IS BRIEF TA?
It is a psycho-educational course with the aim of learning the tools of Transactional Analysis to help you with your everyday life and stresses.
This work consist of meeting on Zoom every week for 12 weeks and work on a contract/agreement together. For example, what would you like to achieve in our 12 weeks together? We would spend time discussing and exploring issues until we agree a treatment plan. The main thing about this is that you will have to engage with the TA Models as you will have small daily homework between the sessions for example by keeping a journal, nothing too time consuming but fundamental to process and integrate the changes into your life.
This is not a magic wand that will make all your negative patterns disappear in a session but a wonderful tool that can potentially change your life and the life that the people around you for good! You know it in your guts if you think you are ready for this!
I firmly believe that if people would know this TA tools and how to communicate with one another the world would be a much better place!
